Gregory Gershkovich and Elisabeth Allen are the principals of the firm with a combined 50 years of experience.

Gregory V. Gershkovich, P.E.

Is the President/ Chief Mechanical Engineer of A.G.E. Consulting, Inc. Licensed in Mechanical Engineering in California and several other states.

Mr. Gershkovich received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Technology Institute, USSR in 1975. He began his design career in the United States in 1979 and is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer currently licensed in four states.

Prior to establishing A.G.E. Consulting, Inc, Mr. Gershkovich was the President and Managing Principal for Baltes/Valentino California, Inc., an engineering company in San Francisco.

He has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, including, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, process cooling controls, project management and construction administration for high-rise buildings, high-tech facilities, hospitals, computer and data centers, multimedia buildings, both new and remodeled projects.

Mr. Gershkovich is a member of the American Society of Professional Engineers (ASPE), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

 

Elisabeth M. Allen, P.E.

Is the Vice President /Managing Partner of A.G.E. Consulting, Inc. Licensed in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in California.

 Ms. Allen received her B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from University of Florida in 1986. She has more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and computer fields, including design of Electrical, Lighting, Power, HVAC and Plumbing systems for variety of projects like high-rises and tenants improvements.

She is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers(ASPE).

Ms. Allen also has considerable experience in electrical design of lighting and power systems, including circuitry, layout, load calculations and Title 24 compliance.

She is responsible for computer program development to simplify computer calculations and CADD management.
